What is a2z?
CEC is now using a2zShow, a popular, online, event management solution. Exhibitors are now able to locate a booth, pay for space, register booth personnel, submit company descriptions, and product categories and see everything about the Expo in one place-- online and in real time.
RESERVING A BOOTH
From the Log-in Screen follow these simple steps:
- Verify that the information on file is correct
- Select "Next"
- Select the booth that you would like (booths that appear in purple are available for purchase). Please note that if you would like to reserve an island booth, you must contact CEC directly.
- Click "Save and Proceed"
- Select your payment option*
- Check the Rules and Regulations box
- Select "Submit"
- Once CEC approves your booth request, you will receive a "Confirmation Letter" from CEC.

* Once CEC has approved your booth space and if you are paying by credit card, you must log back in to your account and approve the charges to your credit card. Once CEC has approved your request, you can the pay for the booth space.
