"Take One" Table
Non-Exhibitor: $250
The “Take One” Table allows you to display your literature and gives convention attendees the opportunity to take your materials home with them. CEC recommends that you send about 500 copies of each pamphlet you would like distributed to Nashville. Approximately three weeks before CEC 2010, CEC will send you shipping instructions.
CEC 2010 List Rental
$290 (one-time use only)
Reach the attendees of CEC 2010 by utilizing our pre-convention attendee mailing list. Fill out the payment form and fax it back to CEC. The mailing list will be e-mailed to you approximately four weeks prior to the Convention. Please note that emails are not included in the list.

Gaylord Opryland Convention and Expo Map
Again this year, you may place your business card-sized advertisement on CEC’s Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Expo Map. The front will feature a map of the Gaylord Opryland; the back will feature a map of CEC’s Expo Hall with your booth highlighted and your ad placed. CEC Prize Central
Do you want better visibility at your booth? Why not participate in the CEC Prize program? Attendees will be given a card at registration listing all participating companies and encouraged to get their cards stamped by each company. Once the card is completely stamped, attendees can drop their card at “CEC Prize Central.” The more exhibitors who participate, the more prizes attendees are eligible to win. CEC will also give out a daily cash prize. Prize announcements will be made daily at 12:45 p.m. The Prize Card raffle will be heavily marketed in advance to encourage attendee participation. If you would like to be a part of this program, simply e-mail Amy Durkin (amyd@cec.sped.org) your company name and prize information. Prizes should be valued at more than $50, but less than $400.
Lead Retrieval
We are pleased to announce that CEC will again be offering lead retrieval to exhibitors this year and that e-mail addresses of the attendees WILL be included. Discounted rates will apply to school systems and non-profits. More information will be available in the service kit after the first of the year.
On Site Interviewing
CEC will set aside private interview space for recruiting school systems in the back of the exhibit hall, should you want to interview a potential employee onsite. Time slots will be available in 30 minute increments when the exhibit hall is open. To sign up for time slots, please contact Amy Durkin.
